Shipping/Delivery/Returns
  1. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, PlayfullPulls determines the method of shipment. If PlayfullPulls has chosen the method of shipment, the products are transported at PlayfullPulls's risk. The customer bears the risk of the products from the moment the products are accepted at the specified address for delivery.
  2. The customer is obligated to accept the products upon delivery. In the absence of this, the products will be stored at the customer's expense and risk.
  3. If, despite a summons to do so, the customer has not collected the products within three months thereafter from the address specified by PlayfullPulls, PlayfullPulls has the right to sell the products at its own discretion. The costs that PlayfullPulls still has to claim from the customer continue unabated. This also includes the additional costs incurred for storage, repeated shipment, communication, and any other logically incurred costs.
  4. Products must be returned within 14 days with a tracking number at the customer's expense.
